Get latest version of extension

Hi. Is there a way to get the latest version of the extension from main without building it locally?

The version installed from core-nightly seems to be the same from core.

Would be great to have access to these nightly releases to test out some of the latest features.

If that doesn't change anything then I don't think there is a release available

Given that we're only a couple weeks removed from the release of v1.3.0 I'd suggest waiting for that

How does it get determined that a new version of an extension should be released or a new nightly version is deployed? Is this process managed outside of the extension repo?

Currently the version in both core and core-nightly is based on branch v1.2-histrionicus.
