Is ADBC support in DuckDB still in progress?

The ADBC docs note that DuckDB support is still in progress

Furthermore, from discussion in ADBC issue tracker

DuckDB supports only the 1.0.0 version of the ADBC spec and not the 1.1.0 version.

DuckDB only set the function pointers for functions in the 1.0.0 API. (They also don't check the requested version being passed in :(.)

If true, please take this as a feature request to update to the latest version of the spec
