Concurrency with ducklake under Windows

Hi all,

Thanks in advance for everyone reading this. Currently I am trying to implement small lake with ducklake which seems to the perfect solution yet. The only problem is the concurrency of opening the lake. I guess this is related to Windows, but only one process can attach the lake at the same time. Even with READ_ONLY. Am I doing something wrong or is Windows just not the right platform for ducklake?
