Area creation UI for volunteers

Volunteers/organisers will need UI to use before the hackathon itself to initialize the list of available hacking areas (usually a table number), and the guild corresponding to each one.

Hackers also like to move around & hack in non-standard spaces - Volunteers will need UI to create new areas on-the-fly and provide a description of their location if necessary.
