[Bug] Input field focus outlines disappear after updating a value on the admin settings page

What Happened?

Input fields usually have a clear outline to denote focus

After updating/submitting a new value on the admin settings page however, this outline disappears on all textboxes and the cursor also becomes hidden (making it seem like fields are disabled) until the page is reloaded or the page is renavigated to:

(in this image the input field is the focus and can be typed in)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Edit a field on the admin dashboard
2. Update the value by clicking the button
3. After the browser alert is dismissed, the input loses its highlight outline
