StatusData::getPowerUsage() does not work for all AC units

e.g. my unit seems to report in PowerFormats.BINARY see: https://github.com/midea-lan/midea-local/blob/b459bb3b7bd486f72bdcc41b5a8365b96dbbf106/midealocal/devices/ac/message.py#L1035

as a result the reported values by e.g. esphome are very off.

as a workaround I am currently converting the value 🥲
