Add talk utilization directly to admin application

As a room supervisor I would like to add the utilization of the room during a talk directly to the administrators UI: 30%/50%/70%/100%/congested.

It is sufficient to provide a simple field where the number of participants is recorded. There is no need to provide a radio button or something similar.

What should happen with this data? Where should it be sent/stored/displayed?
