At a conference the admin app is slow or shows errors while setting location capacity or setting fully booked

At DOAG 2018 and JavaLand 2019 students who manage event locations and input location capacity and fully booked report that the admin app is slow or from time to time results in an error (modal dialogue with only "error"). We should investigate why this happens. It could be the server call or the client itself.
