Dashboard Widgets

Widgets were one thing I didn't have enough time to build before alpha, but it's likely something we'll need before tagging a 1.0.0.

Types of Widgets

In my head, there are two "types" of widgets we could have:

• Metrics
  • Counts / percentages
  • Potentially with a way of comparing between time periods
• Listings

Potential Widgets

We can always add more later, but from some initial research, I think these widgets might be the most beneficial:

Metrics

• Total Sales
• Total Revenue
• New Customers
• Returning Customers
• Refunded Orders

Listings

• Recent orders
• Top products by sale
• Top customers
• Low stock products
