Update to latest version of CBDB

There is now an official sqlite version of CBDB here:
https://github.com/cbdb-project/cbdb_sqlite
Is there any chance that you update the XML data here or tell us here how to do the conversion? I did briefly look at your code, but failed to see where the CBDB source comes into play....
