Present `inject_define` + `inject_field` as Default API

Currently, inject.bind is presented as the default API for dependency injection in the docs.

This ticket captures the task of updating the documentation to present inject_define + inject_field in the quickstart, and presenting this API first in the documentation (about inject.bind).
