Simplify Mutual Recursion in Resolving Bindings to Objects

The mutually recursive call chain by which bindings are turned into class instances is fairly hard to follow. This was highlighted recently in this PR comment: https://github.com/duolingo/minject/pull/49#discussion_r1792422549

This issue documents the task of simplifying this call chain and serves as a place to centralize discussion around this topic.
