new UI Settings Advanced option help and option name overlap on consecutive multi-line help #429
Description
Maybe due to wasted space on the left, the dropdown menu help strings may wrap their line.
If this happens more than once in a row, option overlaps half vertical space of following help.
Single wrapped ones are better tolerated. Although one should measure, it "looks" like they
still push their option name down, eating into the blank space before next unwrapped help:
The job edit Options screen looks OK, as its dropdown menu has more space, so wraps less.
