Realtime ?

Hi @duxet ,  thank you for a very nice implementation. I have a need in our laravel  app to subscribe to real time changes of a document in db, and I am planning to use Rethinkdb .

If it was just a node.js app, the realtime problem is not so problematic. But when it comes Laravel + Vue.Js app, what would you propose to do with changefeeds?
