Music and Podcast apps do not resume playing after a call (iOS)

Reproduction steps
    - Open iDoubs
    - Resume/Start playing using Music / Podcast (by using the pull-up quick menu)
    - Receive a call and pick it up
    - Hang up

Expected behaviour
Music / Podcast resumes playing

Actual behaviour
Music / Podcast does not resume

NB
We see the same behaviour quite often in other music playing apps and games.
