"Automatically Switch to Dark Mode" setting has no effect

I really like the application, however, turning off Color scheme switching has no effect, dwall resets my scheme everytime I change it in windows, even though it is turned off.

I tried turning it on and off, changing some settings, but found no fix.

Also, I would like to thank you for taking your time to create this project, apart from this bug, I really like it.

Update: dug around a bit, seems like the daemon does not reload or restart when changing dark mode settings.

Manually killing and restarting the application fixes this.

I have forked the repo, and working on a fix, you can see the changes I made, however I do not have the build tools installed and currently on a slow connection, so it's going to be a while for me to actually be able to test my fixes.

I'd be very happy if you'd like to submit a PR to fix this bug.

Here's my suggested approach: add a background thread to the Config struct that watches for changes to the configuration file, and reloads it whenever a change is detected. This way, there's no need to kill and restart the daemon process.

Of course, another possible fix would be to kill and recreate the daemon process after writing to the config file, but that might not be the optimal solution.
