I've not tested, so not sure but will this work with Directus 11?

And are you planning to release it to the Beta Marketplace that is now available from within directus, would make for a very easy install.

I haven't checked it yet with v11 - I'll try to do that soon. I do want to release this in the Marketplace, but I think there's some reconfiguring I need to do first to make it compatible.

I'm not sure this is working on Directus 11+. I tried it on 11.6.1 and while I was able to get the extension setup every time I tried to build or publish I got an API error and it failed. For what it's worth I followed all of the setup instructions and used a new personal access token. The extension seemed to be aware of the netlify project (details were showing and it threw and error once I deauthorized the token) but it just could not perform build / publish actions.
