Consider changing objective to minimize delay for completion

@murraythom has mentioned that one point of feedback we received is that "makespan" is the academic objective and that businesses care much more about minimizing the delay for the scheduled completion of each of the requested products. If we're trying to create realistic demos this would be a good update to make this problem more believable.
