Leave the PAYE scheme for now

We are currently not employing anyone full time through DWYL and we will therefore sign off being an employer for now until we need to do this again.
This will reduce the mental overhead at the end of the month as the process of submission cannot be automated in our software even for nil returns and avoids fines for late submissions.

• Submit final RTI/pay run submission to HMRC and check box to confirm we are leaving the scheme
• Download all payslips and final P60s/P45s so we have a record in Drive
• Remove capabilities in Xero.
