Don't Do *ANYTHING* Without Capturing A Task

In some many cases it may feel like it takes longer to capture a Task than to complete it. ⏳
E.g. if the task is "Pay Electricity Bill" (where it's not direct debit).
You know it needs to be done, and it takes less than a minute. So capturing that it needs to be done can feel tedious.

But if you don't capture it and track that it was completed, there is no record of it's existence.
That is more a failing of the tool you use to capture/ track your Tasks than anything else ...
If it takes too long to write down "Do X Task for Project Y" that you end up not capturing it but you still do the work,
then you need to take a step back and think through the long-term implications. 💭
