Serializer and Deserializer need a more powerfull strategy. #1
Description
Now Serializer and Deserializer is implimented by RemoteParamsSerializer and RemoteResultDeserializer.
But i think it is not a perfect way, so if anyone could send a imporvement PR that will be nice :)
