Project page flickers then goes black in v0.36.0 #2766

Describe the bug
I "upgraded" to 0.36.0 in the hope that it would help against a problem I had in 0.29.0 . It didn't. It instead introduced a NEW showstopping bug. This is serious!
Check #2765 , I got that behavior from Dyad after "upgrading" from 0.29 to 0.36. My project page flickered, I asked Dyad Ask why it loaded , then 1 sec later it went black. As you can see a weird sequence of looking in the same file started. It ended up in NO response at all from Dyad Ask. I tried a few times more and whatever I tried, it had the same result.
I "downgraded" back to 0.29 again and -voila- it worked without ANY hassle!
You see now what I mean when I said: Focus on stability and reliability instead of pushing in new features which will also stack up with new errors, lack of stability and lack of reliability.
