we gotta hold off merging this because users who are in first strike can't fix themselves so either the backend needs to drop all those rows from the db or it needs to ignore that status or we need to add back in the fixing workflow |

After this we still respect the compliance state returned by local and source address screen but we never update this value or do geo attestations.
