Inequality constraints in MIOSR

Hi,

I see in the dosctring and paper for MIOSR it can be used with inequality constraints. How can I specify inequality constraints? I see constrained SR3 has an option to set them, but I can't see anything similar in MIOSR.

I managed to alter the code to allow for inequality constraints as I think it only accepts equality constraints currently.
