Triage code using CheckedC

The clang toolchain checkedC https://github.com/checkedc/checkedc-clang/ is an extension to C that adds checking to detect or prevent common programming errors such as out-of-bounds memory accesses.

We should try compiling and running Zenroom using checkedC and then open issues about anything found.
