Creating task screen

I would like to support two use cases:

• possibility to choose a task from a list
• define a task myself

The task consists of both taxonomy/tree to annotate and a list of available labels, so choosing the task would mean choosing predefined labels.

Defining the task would mean providing both a URL of taxonomy and labels.

I have no idea how to do it yet.
