Where can I make changes to emba_default bridge IP ?

The current emba_default bridge IP of "172.17.0.1" is conflicting with our other network settings. Where is the config file that I can change the default to a different network ?

There might be more places but mainly in the docker-compose.yml file

As far as I can remember this is in docker default.
