new updated e107 website from 0.7 to 2.3.3

This site is using a customized 2.3.3 version. It was updated from the customized Spinning Planet 0.7 version for PHP 5.
Site with member registration (a lot of UE fields), custom contact form plugin and custom member plugin.

Used plugins:

• navigation (core)
• page (core)
• siteinfo (core)
• tinymce4 (core)
• user (core)
• SP_Core (allowed to share)
• SP_ContactUs (allowed to share)
• nzaa (client private plugin)
  Nothing more.

Used theme:
Original bootstrap 3 theme for 0.7 updated for bootstrap5 and new html layout (2.3.3 standards). All HTML code originally used for content in tinymce menus and pages moved to menu templates.
