new e107 plugin spgallery for simple gallery

Hi,
I was asked to upload this plugin to e107.org for people to know, but it is not possible anymore. So at least this way.

There is a new simple gallery plugin (mainly the copy of the core one). Core one is enough if admins have access to media manager... this plugin just adds separate tables for images, not using direct core tables for admins without this access.

Recommended for e107 Lite 2.3.4. Compatible with e107 2.4 when the core Gallery plugin is not installed. If the core Gallery plugin was previously used, uninstall it and update the URL configuration preference via Tools → Preference Editor.
