add ability to run addOmeMetadata separately from warping the round

At least 3x I've successfully warped data, written it to the final zarr, and downsampled, and then had the addOmeMetadata step fail (once due to an unknown error, twice because of a permissions error on the .zattr array which was easy to fix). This should be easy to separate out.
