can stitching account for chromatic aberration?

I see some putative? chromatic aberration in the LS datasets, see attached images. These are two different channels in round5 of LS at the same location, and the offset in this overlap of 4 tiles seems different per axon.

Big stitcher does have a function for this but it does require having beads or another all-channel fiducial. Beaaads!

You can create a single transform model based of a separate beads dataset that then can be applied to each view individually since its optically consistent across FOV. It makes sense its most pronounced at corners
