during render, add ability to remove channels #37
Description
This looks pretty easy just by passing an optional --channelId during the render call to big stitcher.
It would be nice to remove from the n5 dataset as well; we could ALSO have people pre-remove unnecessary data using imaris (the nicest) but that feels very frightening, so probably not ideal.
