yo, so, right now sten is fun for dev-time logs, debugging, that sort of thing...

but really, we should rework sten to make it more heavy-duty and big-brained for production usage...

• sten should be outputting standard ndjson logs, like pino, ready for jq parsing etc
• sten should support branchable strongly-typed logging schema
• sten should have a cli for pretty-printing the ndjson logs
