Add brow: token-efficient Playwright CLI for AI agents

Add brow to the list.

brow is a Playwright CLI designed specifically for AI agents. instead of screenshots, it returns an accessibility tree snapshot (~200-400 tokens vs thousands for a vision call). ref-based element targeting so agents click by stable IDs, not fragile CSS selectors. persistent named profiles so sessions survive across agent runs.

pip install brow-cli. works with Claude Code, opencode, any agent with shell access.
