libssl.so.3: cannot open shared object file

I experiment using PyRun on YunoHost, here: YunoHost-Apps/django-for-runners_ynh#62

I get this error:

/home/yunohost.app/django-for-runners/pyrun3.11/bin/pyrun3.11 -V
/home/yunohost.app/django-for-runners/pyrun3.11/bin/pyrun3.11: error while loading shared libraries: libssl.so.3: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Note: It's currently YunoHost v11.2 with Debian 11.
