include crate validation service in the submission docker compose stack

The crate validation service (https://github.com/eScienceLab/Cratey-Validator) should be included in the submission layer stack.

This can follow the setup in the file: https://github.com/eScienceLab/DARE-TREFX-Environment1/blob/crate-validator/AllInOne/docker-compose.yml . This was accessible, but the validator was unable to access the central minio service.

To begin with we are interested in the metadata validation - if we have to deal with minio integration at a future point that will be fine.

To test the crate validation service, stand up the demo stack and run this command:

This will return a string starting with:

Within a container with curl this can be done using:
