+Well done and congratulations to Aleksandra Nenadic, whose  outstanding contributions to Teaching and Education in the Research Software Engineering community were recognised at [RSECon24](https://rsecon24.society-rse.org/) last month. Aleks is a Technical Training Manager at the eScience Lab, and has been a leading member of the [UK Carpentries community](https://carpentries.org/) for many years.

+Aleks received a Training and Education Award as "an individual who is excelling at training and education, whether that is delivering training courses or writing the material."
