[repo.xml] add advanced information about package repository

Where is the problem

There are multiple options out in the wild not mentioned in the docs, these pertain to exist's way of dealing with: cxan.xml, exist.xml, and components.xml files on top or next to expath-pkg.xml.

Does anything require the information to be in these files, or can they all be part of expath-pkg.xml? (exist.xml is mentioned but not the others)

A link to http://expath.org/spec/pkg would probably help.

We should update the codelisting to not recommend people to have the following in their default apps as discussed in a recent community call(now I know where it comes from):

The document is missing an example for the resource repository option.

What is the problem

If there is something that eXist can or cannot do, the docs should tell folks about it .

<cleanup/> seems to be another option not mentioned in the docs, but supported according to java inline documentation

@duncdrum I tested it today and having <cleanup>cleanup.xq</cleanup> will definitely call cleanup.xq when the application is uninstalled.
