[WIP] Master Issue regarding docker support

This is for collecting articles that should mention docker as a deployment form, once we release the official image.

responds with type error generated by compiler.

Also in same section, upgrading from less than 4.5 to 4.5
warrants a mention. This is a breaking change release,
and as such should have been a semver MAJOR release.

Also on section on binary upgrades
This can be done in a number of ways
should be an unordered list, as the 1,2 3 ...,
looks like steps to be taken

@grantmacken fix was committed in b94e093 will cut a new release soon, not sure when exist-db.org will be updated to reflect it though
