Master Issue for preparing documentation for Mavenization

Where is the problem

Changing the build system, requires extensive edits of the docs, all ant based code listings, installation and building instructions, log locations, etc. Are up for review, and potentially in need of updating.

Special attention also goes for mentions of YAJSW,Windows, Tomcat

This should help us in keep track.

As discussed in today's community call, the impending mavenization of eXist will require:

• changes to README files included in the eXist repo
• detailed migration notes
• changes to many small places in the documentation, e.g., ant commands that are now mvn commands, change of location of configuration files (etc) and log files, etc.

As we use the maven branch or builds produced from it, please add your notes here about specific places or general classes of documentation that need attention here.
