Why?

This is for an initial run of our triaging efforts as discussed during the community call on 07/01/2019 to help us figure out topics for labels.
Feel free to add more topics / keywords after Topic1 and Topic2 we'll see how many we need.

What?

• Reproducible: We need to look through the list of open issues and decide if the info contained in the comments and description are sufficient to reproduce the issue.
• TestClass: We need to do a first triage of how a test that shows the issue would look.
• Topic1: is first draft likely to be refined but i figured it can provide a starting point
• Topic-2-n: lets add some keywords: eg. filename of affected files, general terms such as linux, maps, etc . the idea is to get enough keywords so we can design sensible tags based on this
