Preparing for next week's release

With a new release of eXist planned for early next week, please give some thought to reviewing the stock apps included in the eXist installer:

1. Has there been any work on the stock apps? From https://github.com/eXist-db/exist/blob/develop/installer/apps.properties#L2, we have:

   shared,dashboard,functx,usermanager,eXide,monex,doc,fundocs,markdown
   

   I believe the release versions of https://github.com/eXist-db/eXide, https://github.com/eXist-db/monex, and https://github.com/eXist-db/documentation are out of date, so these would be good candidates for releases.

2. Can we prepare the 5.0.0-RC branch to swap out the old dashboard and swap in the replacement apps? Usermanager is already there. @JoernT Do we need .xars for all of the individual apps, or do we need only https://github.com/eXist-db/existdb-dashboard? If existdb-dashboard is enough, can we drop usermanager from the list in apps.properties?

Regarding my 2nd question from several days ago, I tested and determined that usermanager can be dropped, but packageservice is needed. This is reflected in my PR preparing 5.0.0 to use the new dashboard: #2423.
