yajsw: unattended installation

When using the scripts provided in $EXIST_HOME/tools/yajsw/bin the installation of the daemon uses read to get interactive response in installDaemon.sh.
I suggest using env variables to allow an unattended installation, so the service wrapper can be enabled by installation via package scripts (like deb or rpm).

environment variables are okay, though i prefer cli arguments that are not prone to side-effects.

#964 is about the installer. As far as i can see, there is no relation to yajsw. But I am not using the installer at all, so i can not tell about.

Good point. If it is required, I am happy to reformulate this to use arguments.
