Setup Guide

BizHawk

1. Install the latest version of BizHawk
2. Set "PCEHawk" as the default PCE core, via the menu "Config->Preferred Cores".
3. Download this repository, and extract it (e.g. into $HOME/opt/BizHawk/Lua)
4. Load a ROM in BizHawk with a matching markdown file in the RetroSubs dir
5. Load the RetroSubs.lua script in BizHawk (menu Tools->Lua Console, then Script->Open Script...).

Or directly from the cmdline:

EmuHawk.exe --lua=$HOME/opt/BizHawk/Lua/RetroSubs.lua  AnySupportedRom.ext
