Version 1.0

Logistics data service providers connect with various data sources, presenting raw logistics data to end users or developers.

Version 2.0:

Logistics data service providers connect with various data sources, standardize the data, and enable developers to track key logistics events via APIs.

Version 3.0:

Logistics data service providers connect with various data sources, standardize the data, eliminate invalid and duplicate data, and supplement missing key event data from the original data. and ultimately provide concise and complete data to developers.

EG1 system offers the following services

S1) Data retrieval from sources (pull now, and receive push later).
S2) Mapping source data to our standardized data format.
S3) Intelligent data improvement for developer use, including data filtering and filling missing major events.

Data processing and a smarter “Mapping Engine”

• Version 1 is what logistics data providers typically do today. Our Whereis v0.1 does this.
• Version 2 is what only a few logistics data aggregators are doing today. Whereis v0.1 does this, but with a open-sourced standard.
• Version 3 is what Whereis v0.2 will do. (Using AI to analyze the data mapping #152, Using AI to analyze the SF Express data mapping #179)
