[BUG] T/F Grid for vector selection #123
Description
Bug Description
When comparing vector selection between @nmschroeder R code and adapted Python code in FIRED, we see that python algorithm is including daily speed vectors that are not valid.
Expected Behavior
Valid vector selection - matching R code behavior.
