WebKitGTK, should it be removed due to security issues

WebKitGTK has a long list of security advisorys and I think we should stop using it.
It is currently only used by wxWidgets and wxPytthon.

I'm currently testing if wxPython can survive without it.
wxWidgets is fine without it.

Looks hard to impossible to have wxPython without WebKitGVTK

There is currently only three easyconfigs that depend on wxPython.
GRASS, DeepLabCut (not upstream yet, only in our tree), and FSLeyes

Not at the moment. But there are a lot of them on their web site.
