jsign is not working signing windows executable file (setup.exe)

When I am trying to sign the executable (setup.exe) using jsign, I am getting below error.

java.io.IOException: The certificate table isn't at the end of the file and can't be moved without invalidating the signature

Any help regarding this would be appreciated if looked into this on priority

How was the file generated? If you can send it to [email protected] I'd like to give it a look.

Sorry due to legal concerns, I cannot share the exact windows executable, but I can tell that it is a C++ based project built using Visual Studio toolchain.

Alternatively, could you generate an empty setup.exe file with the same toolchain? The setup would just install nothing.
