UI report format parameter invalid

When starting a run, if "PDF Template" is selected as a report format option, the run will fail immediately with the following issue:

Parameter validation failed.

Found invalid reports: 'docbooktemplate', 'fossid', 'fossidsnippet', 'htmltemplate', 'manpagetemplate', 'opossum', 'pdftemplate', 'plaintexttemplate', 'runstatistics', 'sourcecodebundle', 'trustsource'. Supported reports are 'ctrlxautomation', 'cyclonedx', 'evaluatedmodel', 'ortresult', 'spdxdocument', 'statichtml', 'webapp', 'asciidocdisclosuredocument', 'defects', 'githubactionsummary', 'htmldisclosuredocument', 'pdfdisclosuredocument', 'vulnerabilities', 'asciidocvulnerabilities', 'htmlvulnerabilities' (ignoring case).

This probably happens due to the PDF Template plugin being disabled at your server, right, @mnonnenmacher ? There is a pending PR #3251 to reflect the plugins setup to the ORT run creation form so as not to enable reporters which are not enabled at the server.

No, it's affecting everyone who uses the admin config to configure reporters.
