Cannot build Meson project in Docker container

I cannot build a Meson project in a Docker container.

To reproduce:

1. Create a Meson project using the new C/C++ project wizard
2. Go to "project options"
3. There is no "C/C++ Build", "Settings", "Container Settings"

I expect "C/C++ Build", "Settings", "Container Settings"
